Scott's journey began in 1988 when he assumed leadership of the family's general contracting division in New Dundee, ON. His focus centered on designing and constructing renovations, additions, custom homes, and various commercial projects of different scales.

Throughout the years, Scott actively participated in the Cambridge Home Builder's Association (CHBA), eventually serving as its President in 1994 – a remarkable achievement as the youngest president in the association's history. During his tenure, he collaborated with legislative bodies and building departments, shaping and challenging procedures and building code standards.

Transitioning to a Real Estate Professional in 2004 (AB), Scott recognized a critical need for enhanced knowledge and expertise in an industry where property owners demanded superior service. His diverse background has honed his negotiation skills in a multitude of market conditions, successfully overseeing a wide spectrum of property transactions, from straightforward deals to complex, multi-million-dollar development projects.
